Before Your Session:
There are a few things you will need to do ahead of time to prepare for your Initial Consultation, so that we get the maximum use of our time together.

The agreement and intake questionnaire must be completed 48 hours before your session.
Sign the training agreement.
Fill out the intake questionnaire, which takes about 15 minutes.
If our appointment is virtual, be sure to download and install Zoom.
Please note that 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
